A unique feature that is followed here is the concept of class library, wherein a set of 50 books is kept in a shelf in the class itself and students can select and take home any of these books for reading and keep it back in the shelf after reading without having to go to library and going through the process of issue and deposit.
Instead of a general health check up and reporting to the parents about the problem identified, we feel that students’ health should be monitored with the view of his/her growth and learning ability and deteriorating trend noticed based on study of last 3/4 years data.
The school has a well equipped counseling cell to provide emotional support and guidelines to our children.
The sick room offers rest and lunch comfort to the children who fall sick in the school. They are administered first aid in case of emergency and the injured child is rushed to the nearby hospital.
In order to develop their skills, the students are made to experiment and experience. We presently have Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Mathematics, Social Science and smart classes. Furnished with all necessary instruments and accessories, the lab ensures that the practical understanding of the subjects is comprehensive and complete.
The school has a well furnished and plush Audio – Visual set up. It serves as a valuable educational aid and multimedia facility acting as a catalyst in not only creating interest but also in increasing understanding of the students in the basic concepts of various disciplines.
Equipped with latest systems, the computer lab is very much in tune with the times. Apart from effectively aiding in teaching the prescribed syllabus, it endeavors to expose the latest technologies and skills to the students.

The in-house library with 10000 books and photocopying facility is an effective tool in the education process of the students. The collection of books range from pedagogic to philosophy. The library also subscribes to selected weekly and monthly journals, magazines and newsletters, apart from daily newspapers.
The school has a large and elegant prayer hall, befitting the educational philosophy of the school. It is the most sacred space of the school premises where daily prayers, meeting and co-curricular activities are organized.
The games and sports amenities of the school range from courts for gaming like Basket ball, Volleyball, Shuttle, Table Tennis and Cricket. All the students are divided into four Houses and inter- house competitions are held in all the games, both for senior and junior students.
The health of the children is adequately watched over in the hostel. It has a well equipped dispensary under the care of a professional Medical Practitioner. No stone is left unturned when it comes to the physical well being of any child. Also the service of the General and the Super-speciality hospitals, which are located in the vicinity, are extended to the inmates of the hostel whenever necessary.
The school conveys messages to all the parents through SMS. This enables the parents to know the day- to- day activities of the school.
Housekeeping by experts gets top most priority in our school administration.
Students may use the phone in the office free cost, only when ill or in emergency. Students may not use the phone for other personal reasons. A pay-phone is also available for use; the cost being one rupee per call.
The school has a huge fleet of buses for children and teachers to commute from various parts of the city and suburbs. The school employs only experienced bus drivers, with a dedicated caretaker accompanying the children.
Guest speakers who have distinguished themselves in various fields are invited to address the students from time to time. Topics related to awareness, career, motivation etc. are taken up.
